Aloha and Welcome,
My name is Sierra Wagner, and I’m honored to serve as the Lead and High School Counselor here at Hawai'i Academy of Arts and Science. I hold a Master’s Degree in School Counseling and have dedicated my career to helping students succeed not only academically but also grow into confident, well-rounded individuals who are prepared for the next steps in their journey, whether that’s college, a career, or other meaningful life paths.
As your child’s counselor, my kuleana (responsibility) is to walk alongside them throughout their high school journey. Whether it’s academic guidance, college and career planning, or support through personal and social challenges, I’m here to help them navigate each step with care, encouragement, and respect.
I value the importance of the connection between students, ʻohana, and the community. I believe that when we work together, we can help your child thrive in school and beyond.
